2. Vos données personnelles
Le responsable du traitement est l'éditeur du site, indiqué ci-dessus.
Quelles données collectons-nous ?
Quand vous vous préinscrivez, nous enregistrons votre prénom, votre nom, votre adresse e-mail et votre numéro de téléphone. S'y ajoutent la langue choisie sur le site, la provenance du lien utilisé (par exemple un QR code distribué lors d'un salon), ainsi que la date et l'heure de votre préinscription et de votre consentement.
Pourquoi ?
Uniquement pour vous prévenir de l'ouverture de Helpify et vous contacter à ce sujet. Nous vous contactons principalement par e-mail. Votre numéro de téléphone ne sert qu'en cas de besoin. Vos données ne sont ni vendues, ni louées, ni utilisées pour de la publicité de tiers.
Sur quel fondement ?
Votre consentement, donné en cochant la case du formulaire. Vous pouvez le retirer à tout moment en écrivant à contact@helpify.tech.
Combien de temps ?
Jusqu'à ce que vous demandiez la suppression de vos données, et au plus tard 24 mois après votre préinscription. Si vous devenez utilisateur du service, une information spécifique vous sera donnée à ce moment-là.
Qui y a accès ?
L'éditeur du site, ainsi que les prestataires techniques strictement nécessaires au fonctionnement du service : l'hébergeur du site et, le cas échéant, un service d'envoi d'e-mails. Ils n'agissent que sur nos instructions. Si l'un d'eux se situe hors de l'Union européenne, des garanties appropriées encadrent le transfert.
Comment sont-elles protégées ?
Le site utilise une connexion chiffrée (HTTPS) et l'accès aux données est limité à l'éditeur. Comme tout serveur, celui qui héberge le site garde des journaux techniques (adresse IP, date, page consultée) à des fins de sécurité, pendant 6 mois au maximum.
Quels sont vos droits ?
Vous pouvez à tout moment demander l'accès à vos données, leur rectification, leur effacement, la limitation ou l'opposition à leur traitement, ainsi que leur portabilité. Écrivez-nous à contact@helpify.tech : nous répondons dans un délai d'un mois. Si vous estimez que vos droits ne sont pas respectés, vous pouvez déposer une réclamation auprès de la CNIL (cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
3. Cookies et traceurs
Ce site n'utilise aucun cookie, aucun outil de mesure d'audience, aucune publicité et aucune ressource hébergée chez un tiers (polices, scripts…). Votre navigateur mémorise seulement votre choix de langue, sur votre appareil : cette information n'est jamais envoyée à nos serveurs.
4. Le service Helpify
Le traitement des conversations WhatsApp et des appels téléphoniques fera l'objet d'une information spécifique, remise lors de l'ouverture du service.
5. Propriété intellectuelle
Les textes, le logo et les illustrations de Helpify.Tech sont protégés. Toute reproduction sans autorisation écrite de l'éditeur est interdite.

2. Your personal data
The data controller is the website publisher named above.
What data do we collect?
When you pre-register, we record your first name, last name, email address and phone number. We also record the language chosen on the site, where the link you used came from (for example a QR code handed out at a fair), and the date and time of your pre-registration and of your consent.
Why?
Only to let you know when Helpify opens and to contact you about it. We mainly contact you by email. Your phone number is only used if needed. Your data is never sold, rented or used for third-party advertising.
On what basis?
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@helpify.tech.
For how long?
Until you ask for your data to be deleted, and at most 24 months after you pre-registered. If you become a user of the service, you will be given specific information at that point.
Who can access it?
The website publisher, and the technical providers strictly needed to run the service: the website host and, where applicable, an email-sending service. They act only on our instructions. If one of them is located outside the European Union, appropriate safeguards cover the transfer.
How is it protected?
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to the data is limited to the publisher. Like any server, the one hosting the site keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page visited) for security purposes, for 6 months at most.
What are your rights?
You can at any time ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability. Write to us at contact@helpify.tech: we reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
3. Cookies and trackers
This site uses no cookies, no audience-measurement tools, no advertising and no third-party resources (fonts, scripts…). Your browser only remembers your language choice, on your own device: this information is never sent to our servers.
4. The Helpify service
The processing of WhatsApp conversations and phone calls will be covered by specific information provided when the service opens.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, logo and illustrations of Helpify.Tech are protected. Any reproduction without the publisher's written permission is prohibited.

Der Herausgeber der Website sowie die technischen Dienstleister, die für den Betrieb des Dienstes unbedingt erforderlich sind: der Hosting-Anbieter der Website und gegebenenfalls ein Dienst für den E-Mail-Versand. Sie handeln ausschließlich auf unsere Weisung. Befindet sich einer von ihnen außerhalb der Europäischen Union, sichern geeignete Garantien die Übermittlung ab.
Wie werden die Daten geschützt?
Die Website nutzt eine verschlüsselte Verbindung (HTTPS), und der Zugriff auf die Daten ist auf den Herausgeber beschränkt. Diese Website verwendet keine Cookies, keine Tools zur Reichweitenmessung, keine Werbung und keine bei Dritten gehosteten Ressourcen (Schriften, Skripte …). Ihr Browser merkt sich lediglich Ihre Sprachauswahl, auf Ihrem eigenen Gerät: Diese Information wird nie an unsere Server gesendet.
4. Der Dienst Helpify
Die Verarbeitung von WhatsApp-Unterhaltungen und Telefonanrufen wird Gegenstand gesonderter Informationen sein, die beim Start des Dienstes bereitgestellt werden.
